How to request a refund

  1. Email support@streamio.media within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your Device ID (Settings → License & Account in the app).
  3. Include the email used at purchase.
  4. Briefly explain why (optional, helps us improve).

Processing

  • We acknowledge within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Your license is revoked at refund. The app remains installable for the trial period.

Edge cases

  • After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed but we'll review case by case.
  • Chargeback abuse (e.g., bank chargeback without contacting us first) may result in permanent license revocation.
