1. What we collect

STREAMIO is designed for minimum data collection. We only collect:

  • Device ID — a random 12-character identifier generated locally. Used solely for license activation.
  • License status — whether your device is on trial or licensed, and its activation date.
  • Email (optional) — only if you contact support or buy a license.

2. What we DON'T collect

  • We do NOT track what you watch.
  • We do NOT see your playlist content.
  • We do NOT sell or share data with third parties.
  • We do NOT use ads or trackers.

3. Third-party services

STREAMIO connects to:

  • TMDB — for optional metadata enrichment (posters, descriptions). Read-only API calls.
  • Your content provider — whoever you configure (M3U URL or Xtream Codes). We never see those requests.
  • GitHub Releases — for auto-update.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

To exercise your rights of access, deletion, or portability, email support@streamio.media with your Device ID. We respond within 30 days.
