By installing or using STREAMIO, you agree to these terms.

2. License grant

STREAMIO is licensed, not sold. Your license entitles you to install and use STREAMIO on the number of devices stated in your purchase (1 for trial, 2 for yearly, 3 for lifetime). The license is personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

STREAMIO is a media player. You are solely responsible for:

• The TV subscription, M3U playlist, or Xtream Codes credentials you connect.
• Ensuring this content is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Not using STREAMIO to distribute, redistribute, or rebroadcast content you don't own the rights to.

4. No content provided

STREAMIO does NOT provide any video content, TV channel, movie, or series. We are a player only.

5. Warranty disclaimer

STREAMIO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for STREAMIO in the past 12 months.

7. Open-source components

STREAMIO includes open-source components (Electron, mpv, FFmpeg, hls.js, mpegts.js) under their respective licenses. Full credits available in the app's About section.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app.
